At 23, Anwar Hussain has already gained extensive property development and restaurant development experience. He started working in the restaurant industry at age 13 and was awarded his first alcohol licence at age 20. Anwar is now involved in planning the future of the family business Hussain Holdings.

As the family now has several restaurants up and down the entire breadth of Scotland, the company has branched out into property management. Hussain Holdings Limited now has a franchise business concerned with maintaining the property and restaurant portfolio. Almost all but a few restaurants are now independently operated. This relieves the company of direct responsibility for the businesses whilst retaining control over branding and service quality.



BACKGROUND TEAM
Besides experienced principals, we have a background team of solicitors and accountants who we use for our acquisitions and maintaining all our franchised businesses. They also look after our property portfolio. We use a professional marketing and branding agency and are investing heavily in this area. We also outsource various other aspects of our business to professionals within those fields.
